Overall Wonderful Building

Pros:
Somewhat well-kept building, spacious, good sized closets, and the area is fairly quiet and sunny.
Cons:
Radiators could use a good cleaning, heat can get extreme sometimes, little countertop space, make it very difficult to pay rent via online portal, maintenance repair requests are also very hard to schedule…
Advice to owner:
Consider doing a building wide radiator cleaning and update of radiator covers. Also allow access to pay rent through online portal.

Pros and Cons with some noteworthy pain points

Pros:
Close to Pelham Bay Park and within walking distance of several transit options. Wheelchair-accessible building with nicely sized units. Also, local officials sometimes stop by to talk to tenants in the lobby.
Cons:
Lots of pets (in the laundry room, near the trash bins, in the lobby, in units), neighbors varied (from folks stealing packages, people leaving overflowing containers of food/trash in or around compactor rooms, and consistently broken elevators.
Advice to owner:
More consistent building maintenance (elevators and trash) would go a long way, or simply fining tenants who cause issues

Super only speaks Spanish. During winter heat is on max and since you cannot control it can get too hot.
