It's in a beautiful area,used to be a great building until they let riff-ratts (as well as fly and roach infestation ) move in ! Literally !

It's in a beautiful area,but this building has turn within 10yrs of living here,very ghetto ! I used to live in a drug dealer infested building, and it was way much cleaner ! The halls haven't been mopped in 5 months. I'm still waiting since last year for repairs to be done,but not even 311 calls faze them. I have had 4 defective stoves since Aug 2022. Right now haven't had a working stove in two weeks ! Good luck if you move here ! God bless you as well ! The door to entrance to building was busted for 6 months. Even found a dead mice in the lobby,next to mailboxs,nasty !
Advice to owner:
Sell the building if you cannot manage it well !
