Pros:
really quiet neighborhood
balcony
Cons:
Never had heat in the winter.
noisy neighbors that would throw parties all the time.
Superintendent of the building never kept the building clean.
Lots of mice and roaches
management has a third party that bills for the apartment meter, some months the electric bill would be 350 and there is no way to dispute it

Good parking because it’s across from a school
Cons:
No sense of ownership from the landlord. Very absent and the office workers are rude
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like they matter and NOT like they’re disposable

Super is really nice other than that wont be a pleasant stay
Cons:
Alot of roches, mices in building, if you have a problem with something in the apartment management wont take care of it
Advice to owner:
Building needs alot of work to be up to code
