It was nice back in 2017

Good parking because it’s across from a school

Cons

No sense of ownership from the landlord. Very absent and the office workers are rude

Super is really nice other than that wont be a pleasant stay

Alot of roches, mices in building, if you have a problem with something in the apartment management wont take care of it

Would you rent in this apartment building today? I am about to go see an apartment and the rent is higher then I'd like, nonetheless the apartment is newly renovated.

I would not. I don’t think the renovations are worth it for the price. When I moved I was looking into staying in the building but the other apartment had such a small kitchen ( if you can even call it that) it was really 4-5 tiles outside of the fridge and sink. The location is convenient but I don’t think it’s the best bang for your buck.
