Renters approve of the building's owners
very quiet and peaceful as far as outside noise .
landlord and upstairs tenants constantly disturbed the peace . tenant upstairs thought they owned the place and the landlord would want to come by every 3 weeks with a phony contractor to “check the boiler “ but in reality it was to disturb me and it was a year of complete kaos .
stop renting out your place to people if they’re quiet enjoyment will be at risk .
