Neighbors don’t throw away their garbage in incinerator room. Roach infestation in incinerator room and they come into apartments. Most neighbors apartments are infested with roaches. The heat is so strong I can’t breathe and I can’t control it. Elevator breaks down a lot. Staff in rent office are not nice. You have to wait hours on hold to get customer service. Service issues u need can’t happen on the weekends. Water pressure low a lot and takes days to weeks to fix and I’m a front line worker in a hospital and they cursed me out and laughed at me when I showed concern about not being able to shower in April when the pandemic was at it’s worst. List goes on and on. They raised rent almost $200 in the middle of a pandemic.
Advice to the owners
Do better!!!! Unethical and disgusting how tenants are treated. And how you raise the rent so much during a pandemic is disgusting.
