    Pros:
    24 Hour Security
    Cons:
    Dirty stairwells, no laundry facilities, very thin walls - you can hear your neighbors having sex
    Advice to owner:
    Parkchester Preservation Management needs to do major renovations to justify the rent going up by so much every year.
