    Apartment experience isnt great Renter beware

    Pros:
    The apartment is large and the rent is somewhat cheaper than most places.
    Cons:
    Lots of apartments are experiencing water damage and management is very slow to address the issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix water damage as soon as it arises.

    Keep your tenants happy fix clean and the tenants will pay there rent
