Great amenities. Terrible management.
Pros
The building offers a lot of amenities and your first lease comes with decent concessions.
Cons
Some neighbors are not as considerate and management doesn’t nothing about it. Management does not take concerns in regard to safety or cleanliness with any sense of urgency. Often amenities such as gym equipment, blue tooth speakers, spa and jacuzzi, etc are out of order for weeks if not months at a time.
Advice to the owners
Do better. You’ve received countless complaints from individuals as well as joint letters from tenants to address the sanitation issue in the dog run.
