Great location and incredible staff, but pest control needs improvement
Pros
The staff is by far one of the best things about living here. The doormen are genuinely amazing: incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. They really make the building feel like home and are some of the best people you could ask for. The front desk team is also great and always very helpful. The pool is another huge plus and a great amenity to have, especially during the summer. Overall, aside from the pest issue, I’ve had a very positive experience with the building and the people who work here.
Cons
Unfortunately, pest control has been a major issue. We have been dealing with cockroaches throughout the summer, particularly around the kitchen and drains, and it has become extremely frustrating and uncomfortable.
Advice to the owners
Please invest in a more comprehensive and proactive approach to pest control, especially when residents report recurring issues. It would also be great to see some continued investment in renovating and modernizing the building overall.
