Renters approve of the building's owners
I believe there is some crew that cleans the front and manages the trash, so it's not too dirty. Generally pretty quiet and near good eats. 4-6 min from most train lines, so easy to commute into lower manhattan.
Units are a little small, and mildly old/worn, some dead roaches in the entrance hallway, but I'm also on the ground floor near the trash so that may be related. Can feel the rumble of the trains.
