A lot wrong for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and wonderful neighborhood
Cons:
Varies unit by unit but some units have terrible roach and mice problems and the building is not very quiet. There has also been a TON of package theft in the last year or so.

Former Tenant
Pros:
calm, amazing location, nice super
Cons:
old, elevators sometimes broke. also I moved in and the management guy THREW OUT MY NEW COUCH that was delivered early and I never got a repayment, apology, anything. and then the dude just disappeared?? but he did work for the building, that I am certain.
Advice to owner:
invest in the rooftop

Terrible management/owners even by NYC standards
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood. Management renovated parts of common areas as the neighborhood got more popular and new construction provided competition.
Cons:
Awful owners and management who do not care about the tenants at all. Repairs take a very long time, repair staff is incompetent, management routinely yells at and gaslights the tenants. The super in the building has been MIA for a few years. Heating is inconsistent, packages get stolen and management refuses to take action. Lots of tenants move out within a year or two.
