Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the building's prime location and good garbage management, with quiet surroundings and a helpful superintendent. However, concerns arise about pest issues, varying apartment conditions, package theft, and inconsistent owner responsiveness. Some suggest improvements like better pest control and more attentive management. Despite mixed feedback about noise levels and neighbors, the general sentiment leans towards the building's favorable features like cleanliness, water pressure, and convenient amenities. Overall, while there are areas that require attention, the building's location and certain facilities make it a desirable option for potential renters seeking convenience and a peaceful environment.

A lot wrong for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and wonderful neighborhood
Cons:
Varies unit by unit but some units have terrible roach and mice problems and the building is not very quiet. There has also been a TON of package theft in the last year or so.

Terrible management/owners even by NYC standards
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood. Management renovated parts of common areas as the neighborhood got more popular and new construction provided competition.
Cons:
Awful owners and management who do not care about the tenants at all. Repairs take a very long time, repair staff is incompetent, management routinely yells at and gaslights the tenants. The super in the building has been MIA for a few years. Heating is inconsistent, packages get stolen and management refuses to take action. Lots of tenants move out within a year or two.
