Good location, dirty building

Pros:
Good location, laundry, elevator access, place to put bikes
Cons:
Aggressive rent prices , pests (roaches and mice) in plumbing and basement, elevator tends to get stuck, general cleanliness (trash room, laundry area). Package theft is a recurring problem.
Advice to owner:
Invest more in pest control, cleaning and maintenance

Very nice location and management is responsive.
Cons:
They have ongoing roach (two species) and mice issues. Hallways, stairs, common areas, laundry room, are dirty and have years of spiderwebs and dust.
