Great Location, Disappointing Management

Pros

The building is in a great location, which is definitely its biggest advantage.

Cons

Unfortunately, the management company leaves a lot to be desired. They are often unresponsive, increase monthly HOA fees that ultimately get passed on to tenants, and are much slower to address repairs and maintenance issues for renters than for owners.
