Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 10 City Point in Brooklyn praise its clean, well-maintained environment, friendly doormen, responsive maintenance, and excellent amenities such as a gym and in-unit laundry. The building’s prime location near multiple subway lines, grocery stores, and shops adds significant convenience. Tenants appreciate the quiet, pet-friendliness, and community vibe among neighbors. However, several renters express concerns about recurring noise issues linked to nearby construction and AC units, as well as persistent rent increases perceived as excessive, which strain long-term tenants. Some critiques target management's responsiveness and leasing processes, urging fairer rent policies and improved communication to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Nice Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is super clean and the management and maintenance teams are super responsive. The concierge are very friendly and they remember everyone's name. The view from the window is very nice, and the transportation is super convenient.
Cons:
It was right on the Flatbush Ave so it does not have a super strong "living vibe." I guess that is the trade off for easy subway access.
