Clean, quiet building with great staff
Pros
Doorman and building staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is extremely clean, trash is always taken care of, and it’s generally very quiet. Maintenance is responsive when issues come up. Nice amenities and a big plus is that there’s no additional pet fee.
Cons
Smoking rules could be enforced more consistently. There have also been ongoing issues with elevator noise, particularly for apartments located near the elevator shafts.
Advice to the owners
Continue investing in the great building staff and upkeep. More consistent enforcement of the smoking policy and a permanent solution to the elevator noise issues would make the living experience even better.
