Pros

The building presents well, great location, attentive to typical issues (light bulbs, fixing locks, etc.), respectful and quiet tenants.

Cons

Biggest issue seem to all stem from it being a sloppy flip. There are little things like outlets and switches not being flush, handles being backwards, and faucets not fitting. But then there are much larger and problematic issues like there clearly being water intrusion with resulting mold that is painted over or otherwise not entirely addresses. And bike room has consistent leak in sewage pipe that leads to smell, mold, etc.
