Landlords Deal in Bad Faith

Looks like a nice building Rent stabilized
Cons
Landlords, Luis and Manuela, approved my application for an apartment and then withdrew it at the last minute after asking if a $50 regulator could be put on a radiator—saying my request was a red flag. I followed up a couple weeks later for the same apartment—got approved again—and then had the approval get withdraw hours before lease signing.
Advice to the owners
Deal in good faith with potential tenants—if you approve somebody don’t change your mind last minute (twice!)
