Great building, only not perfect cause of noise

Pros

Super clean, amazing rooftop, beautiful units, very safe. Only don’t recommend if you’re extremely sensitive to noise otherwise the place is a gem!

Since the Popeyes next door reopened there has been a frequent (at least once a day) intense garbage smell that lingers for hours at a time. The knobs on the gas stove are very loose and it’s alarmingly easy to accidentally turn on without noticing. Dishwasher and washer/dryer only work about 50 % of the time- we’ve had people come to fix multiple times and they work for a few weeks and break again. High utility bills. Landlord raised the rent by $1000 after 1.5 yr lease ended so beware.
