Great Value For Deep Sleepers

Pros

Rent is very undermarket, units are fairly upkept and well sized for what you're paying, super is a nice guy who puts in work

Cons

If you're in a street facing apartment the bedrooms face the street and it is extremely loud - trucks constantly stop and unload across the way . The landlord can be a bit slow to respond to building issues. This plus no laundry (although some units have a hookup) in the immediate vicinity made me decide to move on
