Location is great, with easy access to multiple subway lines, restaurants, and stores. Building management was extremely responsive in our time here

Great Value For Deep Sleepers

Pros

Rent is very undermarket, units are fairly upkept and well sized for what you're paying, super is a nice guy who puts in work

If you're in a street facing apartment the bedrooms face the street and it is extremely loud - trucks constantly stop and unload across the way . The landlord can be a bit slow to respond to building issues. This plus no laundry (although some units have a hookup) in the immediate vicinity made me decide to move on
