Renters approve of the building's owners
Rooms were big and were renovated (not when I moved in though). Easy to have private time to yourself. Lots of room for customization.
Landlord was not very tidy and the living room looked like a cesspool. The kitchen was not in ideal conditions and garbage disposal is not clear.
When a new tenant comes in, please keep your space clean so that their experience is as great as possible.
