Renters approve of the building's owners
Quiet, beautiful brownstone on beautiful Cobble Hill street! Landlady is sweet and caring. She had a beautiful garden that we had access too. Could store bikes outside under an overhang. She carefully approves anyone moving in so there were always respectful, good people in the other apartments that respected the space.
There were mice but nothing out of control!
