Who is managing the staff? Are management or owners responsive to any complaints?

The staff are employees of Dermot Realty (the property management company of this building). I haven’t found the building owners or upper management to be responsive to complaints (they’ll send a “we’re so sorry for any inconvenience” auto response and that’s it). But if you have an issue with something/someone on-site, I’ve found the super Haxhi and the doormen to be really helpful.

Great small condo, loved living here!

Pros

Small condo with good amenities and well located close to the subway and trendy neighborhoods. The doormen were amazing, they knew everyone personally and made you feel at home the moment you stepped in.

Cons

Apartments on the smaller side, especially the living rooms, no 3 bedroom apartments, I had to move out eventually because of space.

No! As far as the gym goes: equipment at all times. Filthy to the point it’s hard to workout. Takes over 10 months to address any broken and dangerous equipment. Tiny space, poorly kept.

Went weeks without hot water. Management would not address it until a formal complain was filed with 311 and offered no rent relief.
