Okay but happy to move out

Location - 2 blocks away from the F/G, walking distance from the Brooklyn piers and Dumbo, quiet neighborhood

Cons

Building management is nonresponsive and changes every 5-8 months; consistent issue with heat. In the past year, multiple issues regarding mice and rats, partly due to mismanagement of trash. Issues with leaking radiators. Multiple building / city code violations.
