Maintenance sucks and they don't respond quickly

Pros:
Nice backyard and neighbors are friendly
Cons:
Very bad maintenance, takes owner forever to respond. No hot water for more than 5 mins as well. Garbage area is dirty.
Advice to owner:
Do a lot better your a pos

Each room has an HVAC but they leak periodically
Cons:
Everything. The owner and management are unresponsive. Gas leaks, floods, mold, trash infestation and lack of maintenance.

Worst management/owner to deal with - doesn't respond nor fix any building issues.
