Good apartment, not so much support

Pros:
Great location, and overall a good experience.
Cons:
Biggest complaint is probably garbage. It got better when I was living there, but sometimes rats would get to it. Oh also, we got a lot of cockroaches because it's an old building. Owner is hilarious, but unfortunately not that helpful. We had a few issues with getting parts of the apartment fixed, and they took a very long time and sometimes didn't get all the way fixed.
Advice to owner:
Take a bit better care of the property.

Landlord doesn’t want to reglaze bathroom Refuses to add new Con Ed meters.
Advice to owner:
You will have a lot of tenant turn around if you don’t listen to their needs.

Cheap rent, not super helpful

Pros:
Location, charm, good rent.
Cons:
Neglect of common spaces, quite dirty. Reluctance of landlord to improve building. Difficult to get things fixed.
