Nice building, responsive owner, a little loud
Pros
The building is old but generally well maintained. The owner is nice and responsive, and the neighbors are lovely.
Cons
The noise from the BQE traffic - on both sides of the house - are louder than anticipated.

Good apartment, not so much support
Pros
Great location, and overall a good experience.
Cons
Biggest complaint is probably garbage. It got better when I was living there, but sometimes rats would get to it. Oh also, we got a lot of cockroaches because it's an old building. Owner is hilarious, but unfortunately not that helpful. We had a few issues with getting parts of the apartment fixed, and they took a very long time and sometimes didn't get all the way fixed.
Advice to the owners
Take a bit better care of the property.
