very cute building, decent heat and well renovated

very slow response time from super/management

Landlord unresponsive but no pests

Pros:
I never had any pests in this building Other renters are relatively quiet and respectful
Cons:
Landlord is completely unresponsive Water flooded through my ceiling and they did nothing for two weeks They will raise the rent above market price Bathroom floors are coming apart a few years after renovation Halls and stairs are never cleaned
