Friendly reliable landlord, super cute and clean building
Pros
The building is kept very clean (hallway even cleaned regularly), and the landlord is kind, responsive, timely, and super personable. Any issue (though rare) was promptly taken care of. The apartment was charming and obviously well taken care of over the years. There is also roof access and laundry in the building which were lovely to have. The landlord is also extremely reasonable with rent.
Cons
Occasionally there is a bit too much noise from the backyard of a bordering neighbor and/or the street due to the location.
Advice to the owners
Nothing, I think this owner is one of the few true gems of the city.

Great apt in greenwood
Pros
Recent renovations, clean, and safe.
Cons
My only qualm was the location, nothing wrong with the building itself.
