Great so far

Pros

Moved here in Fall 2025, and have been enjoying our apartment so far. The building staff is friendly & helpful, package room has been organized well and a big plus is the gym/sauna amenities area. Looking forward to the rooftop when it gets warmer, it's been too cold to try it out in the winter.

Cons

Elevators could be a bit faster. It's not really a big problem since Eight80 is moderately sized, but sometimes it makes me wait for one elevator that's busy while the other is free. I wish the "elevator brain" was just a bit more efficient.
