What you see is what you get and the build does look pretty good

Pros

Not too many floors. Good view from the roof. Very walkable neighborhood

Insulation works very poorly in the winter.

Overpriced. I paid $3800 in 2020 for a 2 bed/2 bath in this building. Now that unit is going for $4500

Can anyone comment on the noise coming from the fire department?

It honestly didn’t bother me. Yes, sirens happen once or twice a day. But to me it felt no different than when an emergency vehicle is passing by you on the street—that happens no matter where you live in the city. It might wake you up every once in a while but for me personally it didn’t interfere with my life
