Great building in convenient location

Pros

Lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. Maintenance is very responsive and I didn’t encounter any major issues with my apartment. Well-maintained building

Apartment doors are thin so you can hear everything in the hallways, laundry app was kind of annoying/difficult to use, was sometimes hard to find a time to use the in-building laundry

What you see is what you get and the build does look pretty good

Not too many floors. Good view from the roof. Very walkable neighborhood

Can anyone comment on the noise coming from the fire department?

It honestly didn’t bother me. Yes, sirens happen once or twice a day. But to me it felt no different than when an emergency vehicle is passing by you on the street—that happens no matter where you live in the city. It might wake you up every once in a while but for me personally it didn’t interfere with my life
