This building is fine... wouldn't rent here if you NEED the elevator

Pros:
Landlord is (mostly) responsive, but issues take a while to fix. The elevators and washing machines break frequently and are fixed in 2ish days. The roof is very nice! People don't use it very often.
Cons:
Apartments are small, common areas are frequently dirty. Things break very frequently (water pressure, elevator, washing machines, etc.)
Advice to owner:
Just actually fix things instead of only putting bandaids on the issue.
