Loved the neighborhood, a prewar is a prewar

Owner is almost too involved in everyday happenings, kept on turning off heat during the height of COVID to save money, owner's son was living in the basement without any notice and created many problems even threatening her one day and causing her to text us saying that she kicked him out and we needed to lock the deadbolt when leaving the house... hopefully her drama with him has been resolved since I left
