Crazy landlord
Pros
Nothing, terrible experience. Wish I had that year of my life back.
Cons
Landlord will try and make it so you can't get another apartment when you move out. Verbally abuses you and yells at your in your space. Threatened to call my creditors when I was a week late with the full rent, two months into the pandemic after I lost my job. Oh yeah, they live below you :)
Advice to the owners
Get therapy and let your brother be the landlord, he's a normal human.
