Very irresponsible mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location near Prospect Park and Greenwood cemetery. Laundry, dishwasher, yard.
Cons:
I’m writing this review out of frustration because it’s a two-story apartment on the bottom floor is a finished basement, and there is a terrible flooding problem that the landlords have been aware of for years and continue to ignore. It’s madness.
Advice to owner:
Fix your property. Care about your property, even if you are not going to care about your tenants. It is inhumane.
