-W/D - close to trains - safe neighborhood -herringbone floors - close to everything - friendly neighbors

Cons

- call center is annoying - unexpected late fee charges - heat didn’t work sometimes - delivery ppl outside building smoking and drinking

Great location ok management

Pros

Unbeatable location in Brooklyn. Access to 9 different lines via Atlantic. Close to Barclays. Easy walk to the park. Close to many food spots.

Cons

During the summer, we definitely had a slight roach issue that management did not give af about. Neighbors are an interesting mix. One way street makes certain things difficult. Heat is so irregular during winter.
