Huge apartment with an old fireplace, no pest issues -- never once saw a roach in two years of living there! plus, good neighbors within the building
The doggy daycare on the first floor meant nonstop barking unfortunately, and the heat didn't travel very well up to the top floors so cold during the winter
Don't renew the doggy daycare's lease
