Horrible unresponsive landlord, monthly MASSIVE leaks through light fixtures that aren't addressed, mice, cockroaches, broken entry doors, lights never work at entry, garbage outside that is always broken with trash everywhere, regular unannounced construction early and on weekends, annual 311 reports to get heat turned on (CHECK THE 311 REPORTS), this list goes on.
