    Not a bad place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, live-in super, good light, hands-off landlord, high ceilings in upper floors.
    Cons:
    Old building, which means inconsistent water temperatures and heat, buzzer system does not work, older appliances, and unrenovated finishings.
    Advice to owner:
    Update the buzzer system
