Good people living in the building, prewar features (tin ceiling, glass door knobs), decent space for a rent stabilized 1 bedroom, for the price

Cons

Repairs just get a "bandaid," need to advocate for yourself with the landlord. heat is inconsistent in the winter. have had some issues with mice and roaches.
