run-down building with no management in a nice neighborhood
Pros
good community with the neighbors and other tenants good location and neighborhood that feels very safe good layout of the studio
Cons
no maintenance or up keep, owner does the bare minimum to charge the market rate, does not care about his tenants dirty hallways, cracks in floors and windows, pests come in all the time, basement is absolutely disgusting
Advice to the owners
take better care of your building, and treat your tenants properly

Beautiful building treated as a hovel
Pros
Beautiful structure, great location, good neighbors
Cons
Management is letting the place rot. Hot water goes out, electricity goes out, no one has cleaned the place in years. Trash always piled up out front. Non responsive management

Look after the place
