Great location, frustrating management

Pros:
Management is responsive to a degree. Great location. Rent controlled.
Cons:
Heat and hot water issues are a constant, especially during the winter. The boiler has gone out several times during our time here. It clearly requires a long-term and serious overhaul, which the management company will not do. Have also had several major leaks.
