Great location and great neighbors
LL is nasty and unresponsive. Electric fuses get blown constantly due to poor wiring. Fire waiting to happen. Plumbing is always backed up. Boiler issues constantly every winter. Roaches, mice and now bedbugs found in all 8 apartments 2021
