Renters approve of the building's owners
building has character, nice brick walls and large closets. lots of light in the front and back
very noisy, tons of noise from 5th avenue bus stop and bar downstairs. apartment did have a few mouse issues and some leaks in the roof that were allegedly fixed. you have to deal with your own trash and recycling which can be annoying as well.
