Get a new management company

Nice apartment and nice neighbors.
Cons
The management company are appalling communicators making straightforward issues into problems when they shouldn't be. Electrical issues, they eventually fixed everything but most of the problem was poor communication, so even though it was being fixed, we didn't know it was. Said they'd move something to make access moving in feasible for our bigger furniture and hours before the move notified us they weren't going to - after weeks of checking that they would. Getting work done in the backyard - less than 24 hours notice, back door is blocked, BBQ dinner planned in three days is ruined, or maybe not, we don't know because we don't actually know what the job entails.
Advice to the owners
The building owner should consider a different management company.
Older build but responsive owner
Pros
Owner is responsive and receptive to tenant concerns.
Cons
Occasional crawlers in the unit; heating pipes can be loud.
