Loved living here but

Amazing price Great location Beautiful crown molding and bathtub

Cons

Nothing ever gets fixed in this building perhaps in part because its rent stabilized and some folks have been there for 30+ years. Wish they would fix things so we could have been a lifer!

It's fine - old building, landlord seems like a good person, but not responsive.

I love that this building is in Park Slope - I do like the charm of how old it is, but that charm can quickly wear off.
