Pros

Amenities are good, staff is nice, generally clean.

Cons

Apartments were terribly built, walls are paper thin, can hear everything going on in the hallways, AC for studios are all connected so they all flip from heat to cold at the same time which - and they waited a while to do it so plenty of sweltering nights.
