Pros

Loved the pet shop downstairs, the area and the friendliness of the neighborhood

Cons

The building is very old and with that, it just comes with wear and tear

Spacious with a GIANT deck

Pros

Just 2 apartments, and watched by the small business below. 2nd floor apartment has a HUGE deck. Just 2 blocks from Prospect Park.

Cons

The heating doesn't circulate well, which may be due to the high ceilings.

Advice to the owners

Could use a coat of fresh paint and better heating.
