    A great place to live

    Pros:
    I love this building. I’ve been here for over 4 years and it’s been a GREAT experience, especially compared to my previous apartment.

    The landlord is extremely responsive and understanding. Things get fixed immediately. You can tell he puts care into his buildings.

    The neighborhood and street is quiet

    Half a block from the park!!! You truly can’t beat it

    Washer and dryer in unit
    Cons:
    Lots of kids around the neighborhood, be aware for scooters flying past you.

    I had some mice once, but I got a cat and that solved it. That’s just ground floor living though and not the building’s fault
