A great place to live
Pros
I love this building. I’ve been here for over 4 years and it’s been a GREAT experience, especially compared to my previous apartment. The landlord is extremely responsive and understanding. Things get fixed immediately. You can tell he puts care into his buildings. The neighborhood and street is quiet Half a block from the park!!! You truly can’t beat it Washer and dryer in unit
Cons
Lots of kids around the neighborhood, be aware for scooters flying past you. I had some mice once, but I got a cat and that solved it. That’s just ground floor living though and not the building’s fault
Great neighbors, responsive landlord
Pros
The building is kept up pretty well and the landlord is very responsive to issues and questions. Neighbors are respectful and it’s in a great neighborhood!
Cons
Gas and internet is all connected in the ground floor unit, so it can be minorly annoying to coordinate service. No real complaints though!
